Sandcastle Builders added a garage, office and relocated a bathroom in our home. Also, replaced sliding doors and windows facing the lake view. I was able to interface with the contractors during the project. All were professional and provided quality work. Scott was very responsive to questions and any issues we encountered.

Sandcastle Builders completed a bathroom remodel for our primary bathroom and I would absolutely recommend them, and am looking forward to working with the team again on future projects. After researching other companies for our remodel, we were referred to Sandcastle by ALA Architects and decided to move forward because we were impressed with Scott's experience and the plan they presented for the renovation. After receiving a few other quotes and weighing other factors like experience, quality of work and timeline... we are so happy we decided to move forward with Sandcastle. Scott brings on a crew of expert tradesmen who he oversees. Everyone who worked on our remodel shared his same standard for professionalism, quality and timeline - they all were fantastic! When it came to design, we were very happy to work with Robin to help guide our vision for our bathroom. Robin's design background, project management, communication and trade connections really helped our project along. If you have a vision (or don't!) Robin will partner with you to ensure you are happy with the design. And most importantly, if you are looking for a Contractor who can troubleshoot / pivot with an open mind and still deliver, I would not hesitate working with this team. Like any job, there were a few hiccups with our remodel (open up a wall type of surprises and material delays) but Scott's team never made us feel stressed or uneasy. Every issue we came across was explained and cleared by us with pro's and con's. They truly team up with you on your project and want you to be happy with your decisions - which we appreciated!

Simply put, amazing to work with from start to finish. Scott and Robin are top-notch. We looked at many local contractors and no one came close to their thoroughness in designing what we wanted. After design, Scott walked us through every aspect of the construction agreement to ensure we fully understood each line and that there were no surprises. Please consider! Extremely happy! I Called Sandcastle Builders & Development, Inc. after I was given a ridiculous price on finishing my basement from a different company. I Was pleasantly surprised when the general contractor with Sandcastle Builders & Development, Inc. showed up and gave me a very detailed report of everything that would be done with my basement and to my surprise for a very reasonable cost. He worked within our budget as much as possible. We started the process to turn our dungeon of a basement into a beautiful area for our family to enjoy. I can 100% say it was as stress free as possible. The general contractor showed up almost everyday a few times a day making sure things were getting done and they were getting done right. He also has partner who can help with any design needs you may have to make your vision come alive. I am very pleased with the work Sandcastle Builders did to remodel my bathroom. they are reasonable, their workmen are skilled professionals, and Scott and Robin are creative and east to work with. Scott is open and honest and communicates through the project. I always knew what work was being done on a particular day and when the worker would arrive. Robin is creative and very easty to work with. Many companies can build, but Robin and Scott listen and then create what their customers want. They certainly transformed a worn, outdated bathroom into a dream room. I will use them again.
